Location: Sherman Oaks, CA
Schedule: Full-Time, On-Site
Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000


Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Administrator to support day-to-day financial operations and contribute to strategic financial planning. This role requires strong accounting fundamentals combined with excellent organizational and communication skills.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, ACH processing, and banking operations, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.


Key Responsibilities

Banking & Accounting Operations

  • Manage onboarding and setup of new agents, ensuring accuracy of financial documentation
  • Maintain financial system data, including commission structures, fees, and A/R setup
  • Process and reconcile escrow commissions and agent invoicing
  • Handle credit card transactions and follow up on declined payments
  • Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
  • Execute ACH transactions and support wire transfer processing
  • Manage company billing, vendor payments, and cost allocation
  • Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting across multiple locations
  • Prepare month-end reports, MTD tracking, and financial projections
  • Assist with month-end close and financial reporting deliverables
  • Generate ad hoc reports for leadership

Operations & Administration

  • Process inbound and outbound referral payments
  • Provide high-level customer service support for financial inquiries
  • Support process improvements and finance-related initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with finance leadership on operational projects

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of accounting or finance administration experience
  • Strong knowledge of AR/AP processes, ACH, and banking operations
  • Experience with wire transfers, reconciliations, and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
